Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

TLT Food, which had a small outlet on 7th Street only to a shutter a year or so later, has found a new home inside The Bloc, slated to open some time in October 2015. The massive Downtown Financial District mall is currently in the process of a major remodel, with such tenants as Alamo Drafthouse. TLT Food's menu at this new Downtown spot will feature a similar bill of fare to its Westwood eatery, which features a full line of beer and wine in addition to its creative, food-truck-inspired dishes. In addition to this Downtown place, TLT is close to opening another location in Irvine Spectrum this month.
