Taking over the former Kimukatsu at Culver Crossroads seems like a smart move.

Holy Cow's already been an instant hit in Brentwood, but Rob Serritella isn't stopping there. Scooping up the former short-lived Kimukatsu in Culver City, Serritella is taking a sweet piece of low hanging fruit real estate in a part of town that's just craving some decent barbecue (though remember that Holy Jivin is supposed to be doing a barbecue spot a block away in the old Villa Italian building called Maple Block Meat Co). Holy Cow's second location is projected to open on April 1, 2015, which means barbecue fiends won't have to wait too long to try Serritella's latest and greatest.
