Bachi Burger is a place with a certain kind of street cred. The burgers are lauded as being both creative and flavorful, landing somewhere in the spectrum between Plan Check and Umami Burger. After taking years to open in a former market on Sawtelle, the Vegas chain soft opened last Thursday in Old Town Pasadena on Fair Oaks just south of Colorado Blvd. Building out the space in less than five months, Bachi Burger offers a similar menu of Asian-inspired burgers from spicy miso to banh mi. The official opening will likely happen in another week or so.

Below is a copy of the menu, though remember that this is a version from one of their Vegas locations, so LA won't offer any foie gras.
