Watch Chris Oh and Eric Greenspan Judge a Thanksgiving Turkey Contest

What's the best way to cook a turkey?

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Youtube Nation cooks a little mini-contest of who can best cook a turkey using various methods. Three teams split up to fry, roast, and microwave turkeys, then present them before five judges. Among the judges: Seoul Sausage Co's Chris Oh and Eric Greenspan (who recently went hunting for feral pigs on his NatGeo show). In one segment, Greenspan comments: "white meat, moister. Dark meat drier. I don't know how that happened...based on...physics. So I'm confused."
