With the resurgence of the economy always comes the kind of ritzy supper club that the well-heeled and fancy like to frequent on weeknights. Welcome the cool new environs of Spaghettini & the Dave Koz Lounge, with nine-time Grammy nominated Dave Koz lining up musical talent on a regular basis.
Founders Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros, who first opened the concept in Seal Beach 26 years ago, are opening this smooth new jazz club in Beverly Hills along with executive chef Scott Howard.
On the bill of fare, a refined menu of California and Italian classics, from bucatini carbonara and spaghetti with kurabuta pork meatballs, to seared Maine scallops and a Harvey Guss New York strip steak served with gouda mac & cheese. Located just down from Spago's longtime digs, Spaghettini officially opens on December 10, with soft openings commencing on the 5th.
