Nuda, A New Healthy Mecca in Beverly Hills Serving Flavorful Raw Fare

South Beverly Hills gets a major upgrade in the healthy food department.

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Welcome Nuda to the southern throes of Beverly Hills, serving a mix of organic juices, raw food, and healthy snacks that still pack a punch in the flavor department. Known around town as a farmers market stands boasting raw vegan fare, this brick & mortar opened early last week with a limited menu, though there are plans to continually increase the offerings in the coming weeks.

At the moment, there are four raw vegan entrees, including almond butter "phat thai," a spicy chipotle wrap, a mezze collard wrap, and a chimmichurri wrap. Nuda also puddings, parfaits, granolas, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and wellness shots - it's basically a one stop shop for all the healthy snacks to power you through a busy day.

And if that wasn't enough, there's always the transcendent treat collection, a slew of raw, vegan, paleo, and gluten-free (for real), goodies that are perfect for those on the go.

Currently open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
