The popular Downtown and Silver Lake eatery has spawned a third in burgeoning Chinatown.

Blossom, the popular Historic Core spot serving Vietnamese pho and other comfort dishes, has expanded again to Chinatown after doubling over to Silver Lake in years past. Serving a similar menu of chicken and beef pho, vermicelli noodles, egg rolls and more, this location serves the heart of Chinatown perfectly, with a storefront that looks out into Gin Ling Way.

The layout and interior design also get high marks, just like the two sister shops. Vegetarians can also rejoice in knowing that there are solid options for the plant-based diners. Chinatown keeps getting richer with fresh concepts, though one wonders if the nightlife can continue to rebound with so few options in the area.
