Peek Inside Prufrock Pizzeria, Opening in Downtown November 7

Mitchell Frank's newest venture inside The Regent Downtown is the perfect pre-dinner bite.

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Check out Prufrock Pizzeria, which unveiled the results of its construction late last week with a charming interior next to The Regent Theater in Downtown. The Historic Core pizzeria from Mitchell Frank has a casual vibe that'll lend well to the densely packed neighborhood, which already has the likes of Josef Centano's eateries and Kazu Nori. Featuring Neopolitan-style pizzas baked in a 900 degree oven, it opens on November 7 with a limited menu.
