Animal, the meat-centric restaurant from Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, is doing their homage to Japan's favorite comfort food: ramen. Available on Monday and Tuesday nights only from 9 p.m. to close at the bar, the special bowl is made with Tonkotsu broth, ham hock, pork belly char siu, and veggies.

Does this mean that Shook and Dotolo are planning to open a ramen restaurant in the near future? Hashtags on this Instagram show #trialrun and #warmup, which might imply that a specially-focused Japanese ramen place might be on the way. Until then, check out the limited edition bowl before it runs out Monday and Tuesday evenings.
