Los Angeles will likely never tire of eating salads, especially ones that can be fully customized to cater to every single whim and dietary restriction. Step into Mean Greens, a slick new build-a-salad spot offering healthy wraps and salads using locally grown produce. Located a few blocks north the heart of Fairfax, early reports have been very positive, with many people happy with the fair prices (about $9 bucks) and cheerful service. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
