Watch Kris Yenbamroong Make Crazy Uni Noodles With Andy Milonakis

Kris Yenbamroong is no stranger to Munchies, the food-focused Vice imprint. The popular Thai chef of Night + Market in West Hollywood and Night + Market Song in Sliver Lake previously appeared on video downing oysters and kicking around some of L.A.'s seedier parts.

This time, Yenbamroong is in the kitchen with Andy Milonakis and Adam Pally for Milonakis' occasional show Fat Prince, which marries high-minded ingredients with low quality food. In this episode, Yenbamroong matches dry-aged steak and fresh uni with some dehydrated Mama Thai noodles. The results are as goofy, and delicious, as you'd expect.
