The ice cream revolution of 2014 isn't quite over. Along with all the other transplants and local outlets that opened this year, a final shop called Creams & Dreams is developing on Third Street Promenade, reports Toddrickallen. The space was previously a boutique called Hydrate, which means they'll have to do a full change of use and build out. This Loopnet post does show a whopping 10,000 square feet for the lease, which seems like a major project. Will this ice cream shop be that big or only take a portion?
