CULVER CITY— Pieology, the customizable artisan-style pizza chain that is sweeping California, will be opening on 3850 Main Street in Culver City, giving LaRocco's Pizzeria across the street some pretty serious competition. Look out for an upcoming location in Koreatown as well.
DOWNTOWN— Preux & Proper, the New Orleans-themed restaurant and bar that was supposed to open last week, will begin slinging NOLA favorites like beignets and a whole lot of moonshine on Thursday, December 18.
STUDIO CITY— Barrel & Ashes is now serving lunch Monday through Fridays from 11 am to 3 pm. Lunch offerings include the tartine-style Santa Maria Tri-Tip sandwich, barbeque platter, and the Barrel Burger with bacon tomato marmalade.
