Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Greenleaf Chopshop has been serving its healthy build-a-meal salads in Beverly Hills and Century City for a few years running, but those places have been mostly daytime affairs catering to local lunch crowds. Their upcoming location in Hollywood plans to have a much larger scope, with a plenty of indoor and patio seating to boot.

Where the first two locations in LA were more grab-and-go, this Hollywood spot will have a full bar, complete dinner service, and even a private dining room that fits 40 for your next salad fiesta. Founder Jon Rollo is aiming toward a January 26 debut, just in time for Hollywood denizens to stick to their New Years resolutions. Will LA ever tire of eating salads for meals?
