Here's a look back at Maude, which won Eater's Restaurant of the Year, as well as numerous other accolades around town. Curtis Stone's refined tasting menu gem, which focuses on a single ingredient per month, has had menus that range from berries and corn in summer to truffles and winter squash through the end of the year.

And now, Maude is exclusively releasing their 2015 tasting menu roadmap to Eater. See below for the full lineup and remember that reservations for January start today at 10 a.m. while bookings for February start on January 13. The restaurant will take a two week recess from January 1 to 15 to give staff a break.

Pomegranate (JANUARY)
Parsnips (FEBRUARY)
Fennel (MARCH)
Asparagus (APRIL)
Almonds (MAY)
Avocado (JUNE)
Chilies (JULY)
Figs (AUGUST)
Passion fruit (SEPTEMBER)
Apples (OCTOBER)
Truffles (WHITE = NOV; BLACK = DEC)

And of course, if you want to live through Stone's amazing truffle menu again, there's always this nifty video.
