Taking over the former Studio Cafe Magazzino on Pass Avenue comes King's Deli, a New York-style sub shop offering everything from hearty pastrami, corned beef, brisket, and roast turkey. Opened December 1 in Burbank, the deli is offering a full espresso bar, breakfast, pastries (black & white cookie, naturally), salads, and a slew of $11.95 sandwiches that will be sure to cure any hunger pangs from working long hours in the studios or offices nearby. Currently open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with weekend brunch in the works.
