Canon Club, A Seafood Restaurant Dips into Beverly Hills Early 2015

A new seafood restaurant named Canon Club will take the place of unsuccessful Erbe Matte in Beverly Hills.

The 90210 lands a new California centric, high-end seafood restaurant called Canon Club that will take the place of failed Korean-Italian spot, Erbe Matte. As Canon Club currently looks for its executive chef, the eatery hopes to stand out from Beverly Hills neighbors, Spago, The Palm, Mr. Chow's and Cut. It will tentatively debut in February.

The property owner has decided to try his luck in opening a restaurant in this prime Beverly Hills space after others unsuccessfully flopped. However, it will be his first restaurant endeavor.  Canon Club plans to offer an extensive wine list and craft cocktails in tandem with seafood dishes and a mesquite wood fire grill for both lunch and dinner.
