Clark Street Bread, which recently launched a weekend pop-up inside Grand Central Market, has decided it will take over the former La Adelita Space permanently starting Monday, reports the LA Times. Founded by Zack Hall, the baker delivers to restaurants like Trois Mec and through Good Eggs, which delivers locally to buyers.

Since he began operations, Hall has been baking out of his West Hollywood apartment, but this new commercial space will allow him to employ a new 2,500 pound deck oven, which will increase production and capacity. Once Hall commences operations in Grand Central Market, carb lovers can get loaves on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. until supplies last.
