Jessica Biel gave hints of an organic restaurant called Au Fudge in various publications, which she's dubbed the "Soho House for kids." Now comes confirmation from Toddrickallen that the actress will be opening the exclusive concept inside the former Smoke steakhouse space on Melrose in West Hollywood.

Biel says that the place will be reserved for only the Hollywood elite, allowing just the children of the rich and famous (or rich and famous children) to hang out in a "comfortable" environment. Though Biel does not have any children of her own (though one is on the way), she does recognize the need for such figures to hobnob with their own ilk.

Oddly enough, the place will obtain a full 47 liquor license, allowing parents of said rich kids to enjoy alcoholic beverages while their progeny sip on tea with pinkies held high.

Opening date for Au Fudge is scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.
