Astrologer and holistic health practitioner Kiel Pollitt is about a month away from launching L.A. Juice, a new organic, cold-pressed juice outfit sandwiched between ink. and ink.sack on Melrose. He's planning to wrap construction in about two weeks and debut the first week of March. All juices will be made with two to three pounds of locally sourced fruit and veg and packaged in glass bottles to delay oxidation. Cleanses, organic skincare products and herbal supplements, too. Have an early look at drinks like LA Beauty (cantaloupe, mint) and Mulholland Greens (coconut water, cucumber, celery, kale).
