Simply Salad, the custom greens shop by co-owner Bruce Teichman and Cameron Lewis, is headed west. With two Downtown salad bars tossing, a third outpost is under construction at 2nd and Santa Monica adjacent to Taberna Arros y Vi in Santa Monica.
