Mid-City sandwich favorite Marcona is packing up shop as of March 1. Proprietor Collier Ulrich explains that he's scouting locations to relocate his two-year-old East Coast deli-inspired sandwich shop, meanwhile an undisclosed restaurateur has already snapped up the old digs and plans to launch a new concept next month. In the meantime, while homeless, Marcona will continue its catering efforts.
