Remember the shuttered Señor Fred on Ventura in Sherman Oaks? Chef Martin Colman formerly of El Dorado Ranch in Baja is in escrow to fill the void with Marlin and Ono Grille, a new American surf and turf place with this in development menu. No word on timeline but at least it's not a gastropub.
