Top Chef Estrellas, the Spanish-language Telemundo offshoot of the popular series Top Chef, will star local chefs Jaime Martin Del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu of celebrated Bell eatery La Casita Mexicana as judges. Set to premiere February 16, the show will not send cooks home, but rather place the eliminated as sous chefs for the remaining contestants. [-EN-]
