General Manager David Rosoff is amicably parting from the Mozza kingdom on March 7 after eight years. Mozza partner Nancy Silverton tells that Times that Rosoff "was instrumental in Osteria Mozza's success," and that "[h]e'll be hard to replace." However, the group has already decided to relocate Will Simons from Pizzeria Mozza in Singapore (he has spent time in LA's pizzeria and osteria) to succeed Rosoff. [LAT]
