Although the smartly redressed (and renamed) Los Balcones still has yet to feed and inebriate the general public, management is again working with local design firm Spacecraft to retool an adjacent space into a small bar-restaurant. Originally, the plan was to expand Los Balcones into the neighboring psychic palm reading shop, but instead owners will launch a separate eating and drinking place dedicated to the Peruvian sangria drink known as chavela. Which was also the most popular drink at Los Balcones prior to its full liquor license acquisition. Food is still TBD but this one is about two months out. [EaterWire]
