Last night, Ray Garcia protected his home turf at the Fairmont by winning Cochon 555 for the second year in a row. Crowned the Prince of Porc, the FIG chef won over the judges, which included Jonathan Gold and Jet Tila. Garcia will represent L.A. in Aspen's Grand Cochon cookoff in June. [EaterWire]
