Weiland Brewery, the third restaurant displaced by Little Tokyo's forthcoming metro line (along with The Spice Table and Señor Fish), lands in a vacant Long Beach lot at 4354 Atlantic Ave. Owner Rick Bennett plans to relaunch in about six months with an expanded and improved American menu.
