Ramen Yokocho is back and hopefully this year the Japanese soup celebration will be less of a shitshow. A total of 14 ramen-ya's are attached to serve at Santa Anita Park on March 29 and March 30 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., but sadly there will be only one ramen burger from Fujin, East SGV's favorite ramen son. Bowls of ramen still cost $8 from out of towners and home town heroes like Tsujita and Daikokuya.
And in other ramen-related news, Yokocho participant Men Oh Tokushima Ramen has opened a second branch in Torrance after receiving wide spread praise for its first LA location in Little Tokyo.
