Roy Choi's anticipated Korean hot potting restaurant Pot in Koreatown's new Line Hotel is estimated to debut mid to late March reports LAT. Tables will be equipped with induction burners to warm hot pots with names like Boot Knocker and Inside Story, flavored with canned meats and intestines, tripe and blood. One will have the option to order an individual hot pot or larger sizes that can feed up to six. Other barbecue and noodles dishes will grace the menu, in addition to complimentary panchan.
Meanwhile, the Korean bakery concept Pot Café will be run by Momofuku Milk Bar alum Marian Mar. Expect red bean buns and black sesame mochi butter bar.
