Antonio Pellini's (Eatalian Cafe) EnjoEat Espresso and EnjoEat Classico, adjacent Italian eateries in which one can enjoy a coffee and salad or more varied lunch and dinner, serves pizza and piadina today to the people of Culver City.
Here now a look at EnjoEat Classico, a super simple place with an open kitchen, exposed ceiling, and basic seating assignment.
Pellini, known for his thin crust pizzas at Eatalian Cafe in Gardena, is coming to town with the same dough and a bevy of toppings from burrata-arugula-prosciutto to tomato-mozzarella-porcini-speck-Gorgonzola-bacon. Those pies, protected by a registered trademark, can not be customized, but a set of traditional pizzas can be modified to one's palate.
At EnjoEat Espresso, during lunch one can order from a selection of Italian sandwiches, piadina, panino, and tramezzini, and just a handful pizzas. The more varied selection is served next-door (lunch, dinner). Pizzas plus plates of mixed seafood carpaccio, fresh and dried pastas, and beef with porcini mushrooms. Hours of operation for EnjoEat Espresso run 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours of operation for EnjoEat Classico run 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
