High design furniture store Modernica is relocating its DTLA prop rental business to a former Hostess Brands bakery in Elysian Valley and owners Frank and Jay Novak plan to repurpose part of the building into a restaurant run by artisan food delivery group, Good Eggs. A lease is already signed and Jay Novak describes the forthcoming eatery as "...a place where you can get a cup of coffee and fried eggs in the morning … but with some vegan options as well."
