Freya Estreller, one half the Coolhaus gang, has a new gig. She's slowing organizing Ludlows Cocktail Co., a start-up focused on the ready-to-drink industry and her first product is a line of Jelly Shots in flavors like St. Germain Greyhound (gin, St. Germain, Luxardo, cherry bitters, grapefruit) topped with Pop Rocks, and Bacon Old Fashioned (bacon infused bourbon, bitters, orange, Amarena cherries) topped with maple bacon brown sugar. They're available for catered events at the moment but will roll out at places like Whole Foods, BevMo!, bars, clubs, and hotels in April/May. Bottled and boxed craft cocktails to follow. [ELA]
