With one year down, chef Miles Thompson over at Allumette in Echo Park has switched up his modern Los Angeles menu from a la carte to prix fixe as of yesterday. Those who sit in the dining room now have the option to order four courses for $45 or five courses for $60 off a new set menu. Imbibers at the bar can request any of those dishes a la carte.
