Sweet, Savory Donuts Coming to Glazed Donut Bistro

Glazed Donut Bistro, the new "Donuts For Grownups" shop that replaces the former Bite cafe on Santa Monica Boulevard, will serve both sweet and savory donuts to the denizens of West Hollywood come Valentine's Day. In addition to fried dough-related lunch fare like a Monte Cristo sandwich (ham and Gruyère in yeast donut dough), fried chicken beignets, and brioche donut sliders filled with barbecued pulled pork, one can also pick from desserty donuts in flavors like Blackberry Mojito, Carrot Cake Pineapple, and Milk Chocolate Malt. Similar to Donut Fried in Highland Park, Glazed offers a slew of sauces for patron customization as well. Now that LA has its own Stumptown, the quality coffee roaster has been aggressively taking on new restaurant accounts and Glazed is on that list. Have a look behind the scenes found here.
