LA CIENEGA— The Broseph Restaurant Group (of the failed Smoke), is nearly finished rehabilitating the former Fatty's Public House on La Cienega into the awkwardly named Brick & Mortar FPH. Owners Justin Safier and Travis Lester are hoping to debut by March 25 with a revamped menu and drink program. [EaterWire]
