For anyone that missed Cut Your Teeth, the rather dramatic dinner exhibit at the Santa Monica Museum of Art last year orchestrated by itinerant and wildly creative chef Craig Thornton of Wolvesmouth, good news. Thornton and artist Matthew Bone are back May 7 to June 14 at an undisclosed LA site (location to be revealed upon ticket purchase) with Cut Your Teeth: Evolution, the next phase in Cut Your Teeth communal dining. That means new dishes and new art added to the taxodermy-rich pre-existing exhibit. Per Thornton, the meal explores "the uneasy coexistence between humans and nature," which explains the many stuffed animals on display. The extra good news is that tickets cost $170 for a nine course dinner plus the gallery show, which is less than last year's $225 meal (and desperate the price, the dinners sold out very quickly). Anyway, tickets go on sale March 21 at 9 a.m. right here. Specifics: Seatings are Wednesday/Thursday at 7 p.m., and Friday/Saturday 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. [EaterWire]
