An Uzbek restaurant called Samarkang Cafe has been successfully funded via Kickstarter, with plans to open on the ever-busy corner of 4th and Main Street in Downtown. It's all part of the growing Market project inside The Medallion, with a projected opening around July. [Brigham Yen]
