Last night around 9:30 p.m., a gunman opened fire inside Super Pho & Teriyaki, a restaurant in Palms. An unidentified shooter struck a man twice while other diners rushed out of the eatery to escape. The victim is expected to survive the injuries, which were not serious. [NBC LA]
