Andrew Luthi's Ohana Brewing is set to grand open on April 7, 4 p.m. (to 9 p.m.). After a quick build-out, "You Wanna" Ohana passed inspections last week, and will begin by offering six taps. Due to the conditional use permit, serving size is limited at four ounce each, which means many thirsty Alhambrans will immediately opt for the available beer flights. Luthi states this will be a "tasting room" in the truest sense of the moniker, but full half-gallon growler refills will be immediately available, as well as glassware; litre growlers coming shortly. Plentiful parking comes via the large lot across the street, as well as the parking lot behind the tasting room. Hours run Monday to Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5p.m.
