Petit Trois, the diminutive new eatery and bar from Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook, and Vinny Dotolo, has been gutted out from its former glory as Tasty Thai. According to crews onsite, the sister restaurant to critically acclaimed Trois Mec next-door is about six weeks away from opening if the rest of construction and permit acquisitions occur on time. No word on whether the bright yellow Tasty Thai sign is staying in place, but at the moment it's still there, just like the Raffalo's Pizza sign above Trois Mec. The French wine bar-type concept will also boast a full 47 license.
