The motto "Everyday Artisan Pizza, Custom-Built By You" sounds like it could be attached to 800 Degrees, but in fact it's the slogan linked to Project Pie, yet another quick fire fast casual pizza chain from James Markham, the guy behind MOD Pizza in Seattle and Pie-ology in Fullerton. He's inked a franchise deal to grow Project Pie with 27 locations over the next five years in California, eleven of which are headed to LA.
