An Urban Garden Grows on Beverly, Now Soft Open

Although Urban Garden, the fast casual healthy Lebanese cafe by George Abou-Daoud (Rosewood Tavern), dried up on Fairfax, its new home adjacent to Sweet Rose Creamery on Beverly is poised to be a hit. Abou-Daoud says that since Monday's soft launch Urban Garden has been slammed, and the best part here is the shared business likely to blossom between the two concepts. Dessert before dinner or dinner before dessert, either way, each operator is likely to benefit from overflow of the other.
