The fast casual seafood thing is working in Santa Monica enough so that Seasalt Fish Grill, not yet one year young, is already gearing up for location two. Taking on a totally new landscape far from the sea, Seasalt anchors itself downtown at 7th and Figueroa. Which is what owners had planned from the get-go. That means downtown lands an affordably priced menu (mostly under $12) of tacos, burritos, salads, and grilled plates starring salmon, tuna, shrimp and more.
