The plywood's up for both Wexler's Deli and Olio Pizzeria, though the latter looks a little more progressed with a distinct wall surrounding the 400 square foot space that will soon serve fresh Neopolitan-style pies. Wexler's Deli sits next door with nearly 360 degree exposure in the center of the market. But Belcampo looks most ready for an imminent opening, with crews working hard to put the finishing pieces to the area. Also, aptly named Better Booch is now touting locally made kombucha that incorporates a few unique flavorings such as pear, apple ginger, and peach for $5 a bottle or $4 for a freshly poured serving from the tap. These new concepts will join Berlin Currywurst and DTLA Cheese, making Grand Central one step closer to becoming like San Francisco's celebrated Ferry Building.
