After the abrupt closure of Buddha's Belly about six months ago, a prime restaurant spot lay untaken on Beverly Blvd. A new spot called Stir Market is taking over, helmed by one Bryan Libit, which is hoping to install 51 seats inside, 30 outside, and offer beer and wine. Libit is requesting a conditional use permit that will allow the business to function from 7 a.m. to midnight, which implies a sort of all day grocery and market. [EaterWire]
