Alma's Ari Taymor is a Food & Wine Best New Chef

Food & Wine announced the 2014 class of Best New Chefs on Instagram this morning. Alma's Ari Taymor represents Los Angeles this year. Past BNCs include Michael Voltaggio (ink.), Ricardo Zarate (Picca), Bryant Ng (the Spice Table), Roy Choi (Kogi), and Jon Shook/Vinny Dotolo (Animal). The BNC class of 2014 will be feted at an event at The American Museum of National History in New York this evening.
