Those behind TAO in Las Vegas have begrudgingly removed a billboard near LAX which perpetuated the stereotype of Asian women and Asian "happy ending" massage parlors. After spotting the sign, Affinity China's CEO Christine Lu tweeted her displease to Mayor Eric Garcetti last week. TAO eventually took the advertisement down, but only after writing an unapologetic note to Lu, which she posted to her Facebook page. [LAist]
