A "Prohibition Era police station-themed" gay bar named Precinct is slated to open at the corner of Broadway and 4th this summer. Party promotes Brian McIntire and Thor Stephens are at the helm and according to Facebook they're presently working on securing a liquor license. [Frontiers]
