Osteria La Buca Under New Management in Hollywood

Yesterday, longtime Osteria La Buca GM Stephen Sakulsky and friend/musician John Moezzi announced to La Buca staff that the pair have purchased the staple neighborhood Italian restaurant from previous owner/friend Graham Snyder. They celebrated with the above pictured mariachi band.

What does that mean for La Buca, which went under the knife for a facelift three years ago? Well, nothing. For now. But, in the coming months they plan to bring on a new chef. Sakulsky also says that "expansion plans that are very relevant to our culture and values here at Osteria La Buca" are forthcoming as well.
